Mississippi Personhood Amendment Officially on 2011 Ballot JACKSON, Miss., April 1 /Christian Newswire/ -- Mississippi Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann has notified Personhood Mississippi that enough valid voter signatures have been certified to ensure a spot on the November 2011 ballot.

The Mississippi Personhood Amendment states "The term 'person' or 'persons' shall include every human being from the moment of fertilization, cloning or the functional equivalent thereof."
